Design and Display
The LCD capacitive touchscreen support 480 x 840 pixels display, 16 million colors and multi touch. Accelerometer, Proximity and compass sensors are always there for auto rotating and turning of the phone. It enables touch sensitive controls.
Camera Features
It has 5 MP primary camera and VGA secondary camera. The primary camera captures superb 2592 x 1944 pixels images and records 720p HD video at 30 frames per second with autofocus and LED flash. Camera facilitates only geo tagging where the competition is image stabilization, face and smile detection.
Hardware and Software
LG connect 4G MS840 consists of 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal space for storing the files. Moreover it has microSD card supporting card slot up to 32 GB. The phone counts 1.2 GHz dual core processor and latest Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread). Apps and games are downloadable from the market place easily. Some of the apps are paid and some are free.
Network and Data
It has features the user 4G network LTE 1700 / 2100 with 2G CDMA and 3G CDMA 1xEV-DO. It doesn’t support GSM network connectivity. Facility of GPRS and EDGE are not available but there is WLAN, hotspot with speed of up to 3.1 mbps, LTE and v3.0 Bluetooth connectivity. MicroUSB is very helpful in sharing the files. 3.5 mm jack is given for the audio experience.
Battery and Other
A perfect standard Li-Ion battery comes with this phone but the ratings and configuration is still hidden. LG connect 4G MS840 facilitates SNS integration, different codec support, Java emulator, organizer, document viewer, SMS, MMS, Email, Push Email, IM, Google search, YouTube, Google talk, Picasa integration, voice memo and dial, predictive text input, image and video editor and many more features.
